I have a great story to share but it is late so I will post a portion of the actual email and finish up in the next couple days..........
Hi Joe
I was introduced to EFT about a week ago by a friend & have seen some amazing results in myself.
This morning while surfing online, I thought to myself how I wanted to know how I would go about tapping for our Cat Boot’s who was diagnosed with diabetes. This is when I came across the blog by Peacefulwellness re: EFT for Cat with Bells Palsy. I agree that we need more Vets’ out there that use EFT & acupuncture. We were not so lucky; our Vet told us if we didn’t get Boots on insulin we had best have him put to sleep. Boots is not on insulin & while he has lost weight we are keeping him as comfortable as possible. To be honest he acts like someone forgot to mention he has diabetes.
You wrote in your response about surrogate tapping, I would so greatly appreciate if you could share with me how this is done. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.
Sincerely
Sorry to hear about your cat. Mine too needed insulin (before I new about EFT). I put him on it and the very next day he looked awesome. Then he lived for many years after that, but passed this year at the age of 16yrs. In any case, I would like to talk on the phone about tapping for your kitty. When are you available to talk? Joe

February 2009 my family & I noticed how our Kitty Boots of 14 years was loosing weight; I had this concern of diabetes as we had been down this road before with our Kitty Pepper.
Pepper was diagnosed at 13 years & our Vet told us she would more than likely have 3 month’s to live if we didn’t give her insulin. The treatment was not with in our means at that time, I told the Vet we would make her as comfortable as possible, give her all the Love & Attention she needed & she was with us until 17 years of age.
Getting back to Boots, I took him in for a blood test & it was confirmed, diabetes. Our Vet sent me a boat load of information on how Boots can be treated.
Then came the shock of the cost. I checked with four other vet’s here in Vernon. All required Boots to stay for a day or two; yes initial costs to get Boots going on insulin have been quoted by all as going into the $900.00 range or more.
When I told our Vet we would just do the same with Boots as we did with Pepper, man oh man did she throw a fit. She told me how I should bring Boots in & have him put to sleep right away because we were starving Boots to death. While I realized our Vet was operating only with the knowledge she has, I kept thinking there would be another way to treat Boots. Any ways when someone tells me something is impossible, I tend to say Thank you for sharing & go about finding another solution.
March 8th, Boots eye’s started to cloud over & he was very shaky on his legs. Then I noticed that the towel in the basket he was sleeping in was soaked in urine & our couch was toast. It wasn’t that Boots was meaning to destroy our couch, he was just so low on energy he couldn’t get to the litter box if he tried (a couch can be replace if you get my meaning). I would wash him off as he stopped cleaning himself. Our Daughter Jessica started to carry Boots down stairs to the litter box.
Boots was loosing more weight & I told our Family to have faith that this is just a speed bump in his life. All along I had a knowing that there was someone out there on the planet that could help me help Boots.
As shown above in the email I sent to Joe one week before I was introduced to EFT by a Dear Friend. I seem to be very powerful at doing this, I think of needing an answer to a question & the perfect person appears at the perfect time.
In this case I did know how well EFT worked on me, I googled EFT for cats & came across ThinkEFT. I sent Joe an email in April with the question of how to surrogate tap for Boots. Joe responded to my email with such speed & phoned me & walked me through how to surrogate tap for Boots, we also talked about NLP.
I tapped for Boots 3 times that day; once I would physically tap the next two times I would tap by just thinking. Boots got up from his slumped over state on one of our chairs that evening & proceeded to follow me around the house.
The next morning when I awoke Boots eyes were clear, the cloudiness had disappeared, his legs were strong, and the shakiness had stopped. He walked himself down stairs to the litter box with the air of a King. He also started to groom himself, then there is the leaping from one surface in our kitchen a three & a half foot leap to our island, then he leaps from there across a 3 foot span to his favorite place to sun bath our bay window.
I had to laugh at myself that afternoon. In going about my day the chatter in my mind was amazing thinking about everyone/thing I could surrogate tap for :-). My in box is always full & I am not into making to do lists, I prefer to make to be done list.
When my Dear Friend April came for a visit from Kentucky she thought she was going to meet Boots & find a sickly Kitty. She was rather in shock at how he was leaping around our home; she thought as I did, someone forgot to tell Boots how he was to be being he was diagnosed diabetes (take note how I mentioned was).
Today Boots is doing great, he has put some weight back on, he is very vocal more so than ever before. Hey surrogate tapping freed up his vocal cords LOL.
Once again I have to say Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Joe.
I can only create & attract situations & people that make me feel good & that are good for me.
Love & Light
