Stolen Blog?

Does anyone know who runs the "Academy of Energy Medicine" web site?  They copied my blog at http://www.mttpronetwork.com/content/mtt-meridian-tapping-techniques-waiting-world-change and are passing it off as their own on their site.  I emailed them a week ago, asking them to link to the original blog instead of copying it, or at least put a link to the original blog with credit, but I haven't heard anything.  Maybe someone could let them know about common Internet ettiquette?  Thanks for any help Smile

Here's the link to the stolen blog: http://www.theacademyofenergymedicine.com/change.html

First step is a certified letter to them asking them to stop. Give them a specific deadline, say 72 hours from receipt of the letter. If they don't comply you send a cease and desist letter via certified mail letting them know you are prepared to enforce your legal rights if necessary. This letter should optimally be drafted by an attorney. Next step would be legal action, a suit and possibly an injunction.
